Please find the below linked list of common costs and deductions which will be utalized in calculating deductions to your security deposit or pursuing further damages in the event that a resident fails to comply with their duties to leave the property in a good condition per the lease agreement, or if in the unfortunate circumstances that eviction or other legal proceedings needs to be taken on a resident and they are found at fault. This list has been prepared for your information and shall be used in absence of actual charges by a 3rd party (which may be higher or lower than listed). This list is hereby attached as an exhibit to the lease agreement accepted by both parties and shall be used as indicated in the lease upon lease termination.
